azelastine + fluticasone propionate

Azeflu is a fixed-dose combination nasal spray containing azelastine hydrochloride and fluticasone propionate. It is primarily indicated for the symptomatic treatment of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis in patients who require both an antihistamine and a corticosteroid for symptom control. Azelastine is a second-generation H1-receptor antagonist that provides rapid relief of nasal symptoms by blocking histamine H1 receptors and inhibiting the release of inflammatory mediators.
