Baclofen + botulinum toxin type A is a combination therapy used primarily for the management of spasticity, particularly in conditions such as cerebral palsy, spinal cord injury, and other neurological disorders. Baclofen is a centrally acting muscle relaxant and GABA-B receptor agonist that reduces spasticity by inhibiting excitatory neurotransmitter release in the central nervous system.
