It has demonstrated benefits in improving gut microbiota dysbiosis-related symptoms such as constipation and diarrhea, reducing chemotherapy-induced gastrointestinal toxicity and myelosuppression, ameliorating graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), and enhancing anti-tumor immunity—particularly by increasing CD8+ T cell infiltration via the cGAS-STING pathway, which may improve responses to immune checkpoint inhibitors in cancer therapy[1][2][4][5]. **Lactobacillus rhamnosus* TT-628** is a strain of lactic acid bacteria known for its ability to support digestive health by strengthening the intestinal barrier, modulating immune responses, inhibiting pathogenic bacteria colonization, and promoting beneficial short-chain fatty acid production[6][8]. This species has been studied for relief of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) symptoms and restoration of healthy gut microbiota after antibiotic use or gastrointestinal illness.
