**BAT1308 + carboplatin + paclitaxel** is a combination regimen of a monoclonal antibody immune checkpoint inhibitor (BAT1308, a PD-1 inhibitor) with two cytotoxic chemotherapeutic agents—**carboplatin** (a platinum-based DNA crosslinker) and **paclitaxel** (a microtubule stabilizer). BAT1308 is developed as a recombinant monoclonal antibody targeting the PD-1 receptor to reactivate anti-tumor immunity. The combination is under evaluation as first-line therapy for advanced or metastatic solid tumors, including but not limited to non-small cell lung cancer and cervical cancer, generally in patients with PD-L1 positive tumors. Studies indicate this regimen shows durable antitumor activity with a manageable safety profile, especially used as first-line therapy in certain cancers[3][4].
