BAT6021 + BAT1308 is an investigational combination therapy consisting of two monoclonal antibodies developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. BAT1308 is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting PD-1 (programmed cell death protein 1), functioning as an immune checkpoint inhibitor that blocks PD-1, thereby restoring T-cell mediated anti-tumor immunity. The combination approach aims to enhance anti-tumor activity by dual checkpoint blockade and is intended for patients with locally advanced, recurrent, or metastatic solid tumors. The combination is administered by intravenous infusion and is under investigation primarily in Phase 1 clinical trials[1][2][3][4][7].
