**BAT6026 + BAT1308** is an investigational combination therapy comprising two monoclonal antibodies developed for cancer immunotherapy. BAT6026 is a novel anti-OX40 monoclonal antibody with enhanced antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) through fucose deletion, which increases its Treg (regulatory T cell) depletion potential and T cell activation. BAT1308 is a proprietary anti-programmed death-1 (PD-1) antibody. The combination is designed to synergistically activate effector T cells and deplete immunosuppressive Tregs in the tumor microenvironment, aiming to potentiate anti-tumor immune responses. The combination is currently in early-phase clinical trials for advanced solid tumors, where its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and initial anti-tumor activity are being evaluated. Preclinical studies have shown a significantly enhanced tumor growth inhibition when BAT6026 and BAT1308 are administered together compared to either agent alone[1][2][3][5].
