Drug intelligence / Profile preview
F2B22C + DL001Z is a combination therapy consisting of BAT8006 and tislelizumab. BAT8006 is a folate receptor alpha (FRα)-targeted antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Bio-Thera Solutions, utilizing a humanized anti-FRα monoclonal antibody conjugated to a potent topoisomerase I inhibitor payload via a cleavable linker. Tislelizumab (DL001Z) is a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody directed against the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) receptor, developed by BeiGene. The combination is designed to exploit the synergistic potential of ADC-mediated direct tumor cell killing and immunogenic cell death with the T-cell reactivation provided by PD-1 blockade. It is currently being evaluated in clinical trials for patients with advanced solid tumors, including ovarian cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, and breast cancer, who have failed standard therapies.
