BCMA + CD38 CAR-T cells are an investigational dual-targeted chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy designed for the treatment of relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. This therapy involves the genetic modification of a patient's T cells to express CARs that simultaneously recognize two distinct antigens highly expressed on malignant plasma cells: B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) and CD38.
