Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BD114 is a preclinical mRNA vaccine candidate developed by Shanghai Bendao Gene Technology (BDgene) for the treatment and prevention of Human Papillomavirus (HPV) infections and associated diseases, such as cervical cancer. It utilizes the company's proprietary BDmRNA/BD-VLP platform, which integrates mRNA technology with virus-like particle (VLP) delivery to optimize the presentation of viral antigens to the immune system. By delivering mRNA encoding HPV-specific proteins, BD114 aims to elicit potent T-cell and B-cell responses to eliminate HPV-infected cells and prevent the development of cervical malignancies.
