This combination has been explored in clinical trials for advanced solid tumors, especially **locally advanced/metastatic gastric and gastroesophageal junction cancers**, and also in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The overall rationale is to synergistically combine targeted therapy (bemarituzumab), immunotherapy (pembrolizumab), and chemotherapy (carboplatin and nab-paclitaxel) to maximize antitumor efficacy, especially in patients with FGFR2b overexpression.
