bemcentinib + pembrolizumab

Bemcentinib + pembrolizumab is a combination therapy under clinical investigation for the treatment of advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), particularly in patients who have progressed after platinum-based chemotherapy and/or immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) therapy. Bemcentinib is a first-in-class, oral, highly selective AXL receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor that targets mechanisms of resistance to immunotherapy by inhibiting AXL signaling, which is implicated in tumor immune evasion and epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition.
