Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A protease-cleavable antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting cMET, utilized as a preclinical benchmark by Mythic Therapeutics. It consists of a clinical-stage anti-cMET antibody conjugated to the microtubule inhibitor monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) via a valine-citrulline (vc) linker. This compound is an in-house recreation of telisotuzumab vedotin (ABBV-399) and is used to evaluate the efficacy and payload delivery of novel cMET-targeted therapies, such as MYTX-011, in models of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and other cMET-expressing solid tumors.
