Benmelstobart + bevacizumab is a **combination regimen** comprised of two different monoclonal antibodies. **Benmelstobart** is a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody targeting the programmed death ligand 1 (**PD-L1**) and is under investigation primarily in China for various solid tumors, most notably small cell lung cancer and EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer[3][5][7]. **Bevacizumab** is a recombinant humanized monoclonal IgG1 antibody that inhibits the binding of vascular endothelial growth factor (**VEGF**) to its receptors, thereby preventing angiogenesis and tumor growth[1][2][4][6]. The two drugs, when combined, represent a dual-targeted anti-tumor therapy: benmelstobart provides immune checkpoint blockade (immunotherapy), and bevacizumab provides anti-angiogenic effects (targeted therapy). While studies exist for benmelstobart combined with other agents (notably anlotinib and/or chemotherapy), no definitive clinical trial or approval for the direct combination of benmelstobart + bevacizumab alone has been identified in the literature as of this search. Both drugs are administered intravenously.
