A combination chemotherapy regimen consisting of bevacizumab (a monoclonal antibody targeting VEGF), cyclophosphamide and doxorubicin (often given together as "AC" regimen), and nab-paclitaxel (a nanoparticle albumin-bound formulation of paclitaxel). This regimen has been studied primarily as neoadjuvant therapy for locally advanced breast cancer and inflammatory breast cancer, with clinical trials showing improved pathologic complete response rates, particularly in triple-negative breast cancer.
