Overview

This is a combination therapy of bevacizumab, a monoclonal antibody that inhibits vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A), and HRS-1167, an oral small molecule inhibitor of poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase 1 (PARP1). Bevacizumab works by inhibiting angiogenesis in tumors, while HRS-1167 is a second-generation PARP inhibitor designed to selectively target PARP1 and disrupt DNA repair in cancer cells with homologous recombination repair defects. The combination is being investigated primarily for recurrent ovarian cancer and other advanced solid tumors. Clinical trials are ongoing to evaluate safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy[1][5][8].
