Drug intelligence / Profile preview
bevacizumab + nogapendekin alfa inbakicept + PD-L1 t-haNK is a combination immunotherapy regimen under development by ImmunityBio for the treatment of recurrent or progressive glioblastoma (GBM). The regimen, evaluated in the QUILT-3.078 clinical trial, combines three distinct therapeutic modalities: bevacizumab, an anti-VEGF monoclonal antibody that inhibits angiogenesis; nogapendekin alfa inbakicept (N-803), an IL-15 superagonist fusion protein that activates and expands natural killer (NK) and T cells; and PD-L1 t-haNK cells, which are off-the-shelf, high-affinity NK cells engineered to target PD-L1-expressing tumor cells. This tri-modal approach is designed to enhance immune infiltration and overcome the highly immunosuppressive environment characteristic of glioblastoma.
