Overview

BGB-A445 + docetaxel is a combination drug regimen that pairs **BGB-A445**, a humanized IgG1 anti-OX40 agonist monoclonal antibody, with **docetaxel**, a standard cytotoxic chemotherapy agent. BGB-A445 stimulates T cell-mediated antitumor activity by binding to the OX40 receptor on T lymphocytes and regulatory T cells, enhancing T cell proliferation and depleting immunosuppressive regulatory T cells within the tumor microenvironment. Docetaxel is a microtubule inhibitor that disrupts cell division, resulting in cytotoxicity to rapidly dividing cells, including cancer cells. This combination is being investigated in clinical trials for advanced or metastatic cancers, primarily **non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)** and other solid tumors, to assess whether immunotherapy plus chemotherapy produces additive or synergistic antitumor effects[1][3][5][6][7].
