**BIIB122 + rabeprazole** is a combination of two oral small molecule drugs. **BIIB122 (DNL151)** is a selective, CNS-penetrant inhibitor of leucine-rich repeat kinase 2 (**LRRK2**), developed for the potential disease-modifying treatment of Parkinson's disease, especially in patients with LRRK2 mutations, by restoring lysosomal pathway function and inhibiting pathological kinase activity[1][3][5]. **Rabeprazole** is a proton pump inhibitor that suppresses gastric acid secretion through irreversible inhibition of gastric H+,K+-ATPase in parietal cells of the stomach, used to treat gastrointestinal ulcers, GERD, and hypersecretory conditions[2][4][6][8].
