bimatoprost + latanoprost

Bimatoprost + latanoprost is a combination of two prostaglandin analogs, both used as ophthalmic agents to lower intraocular pressure (IOP) in conditions such as primary open-angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension. Both drugs act primarily by increasing the outflow of aqueous humor through the uveoscleral pathway, thereby reducing IOP. Bimatoprost is a synthetic prostamide analog, while latanoprost is a prostaglandin F2α analog. Although each drug individually lowers IOP effectively, clinical studies have shown that their concurrent use does not provide an additive benefit and may paradoxically increase IOP or reduce the efficacy of either agent when combined. Therefore, this combination is generally not recommended for therapeutic use.
