Bindarit + irbesartan is an unbranded combination of two small molecule drugs: **bindarit**, an anti-inflammatory agent that acts as a selective inhibitor of monocyte chemotactic proteins (MCPs), and **irbesartan**, an angiotensin II receptor antagonist used mainly for the treatment of hypertension and nephropathy associated with type 2 diabetes.
