**Bispecific antibody-conjugated cytokine-induced killer cells targeting glypican-3** are an investigational, target-defined adoptive cell-immunotherapy approach for glypican-3-positive advanced liver cancer. Cytokine-induced killer cells are armed ex vivo with a bispecific antibody that binds the CD3 complex on effector T cells and glypican-3 on tumor cells, physically redirecting and activating the infused effector cells against glypican-3-expressing malignant cells. This intervention was evaluated as part of Benhealth Biopharmaceutical's Phase 2 study of activated cytokine-induced killer cells armed with anti-CD3 antibodies directed to tumor-associated antigens including glypican-3.
