Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BM230 + tislelizumab is an investigational combination therapy comprising BM230, a fully human bispecific nanobody targeting Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2), and tislelizumab, a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody that inhibits Programmed Cell Death Protein 1 (PD-1). Developed by Suzhou Biomissile Pharmaceuticals, BM230 is designed to bind to HER2-expressing tumor cells to inhibit their proliferation, while tislelizumab acts as a checkpoint inhibitor to prevent the interaction between PD-1 and its ligands (PD-L1 and PD-L2), thereby restoring the anti-tumor activity of T cells. The combination is currently undergoing Phase Ib/II clinical evaluation for the treatment of HER2-related advanced solid tumors, including colorectal, esophageal, and urothelial cancers.
