**BMS-914392 + diltiazem** is an experimental drug combination comprising BMS-914392, a potent and selective small molecule inhibitor of the IKACh current (carried by G-protein-activated inwardly rectifying potassium channels GIRK1 and GIRK4), and diltiazem, a clinically approved non-dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker. BMS-914392 was developed to target atrial fibrillation by selectively inhibiting atrial-specific potassium currents to reduce atrial fibrillation burden, while diltiazem is commonly used for rate control in atrial arrhythmias due to its effects on cardiac and vascular smooth muscle. The combination has been studied to determine pharmacokinetic interactions and enhanced antiarrhythmic efficacy, but there are no reports of an approved co-formulation or significant clinical use for the combination beyond investigational studies[2][5][7].
