BMS-986507 + pembrolizumab is an investigational combination therapy comprising BMS-986507, an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), and pembrolizumab, an anti-PD-1 immune checkpoint inhibitor antibody. BMS-986507 is designed to target both EGFR and HER3 on tumor cells, delivering a cytotoxic payload directly to cells expressing these antigens, thereby inducing tumor cell death. Pembrolizumab binds to PD-1 receptors on T cells, blocking the PD-1/PD-L1 interaction and enhancing anti-tumor immune responses.
