BN104 + intensive chemotherapy or venetoclax + azacitidine is an investigational combination therapy for acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and other acute leukemias with specific genetic mutations, such as KMT2A gene rearrangement, NPM1 gene mutation, and NUP98 rearrangement.
