BND-35 + cetuximab

BND-35 + cetuximab is a combination therapy under clinical investigation for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. BND-35 is a novel, humanized anti-ILT3/LILRB4 antagonist monoclonal antibody developed to remodel the tumor microenvironment by blocking ILT3/LILRB4, receptors that maintain immunosuppression within tumors. BND-35 enhances antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis and antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity, thereby boosting immune responses against tumors. Cetuximab is an approved monoclonal antibody targeting the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), used primarily to treat certain cancers.
