The program specifically compares two distinct regenerative medicine approaches: **bone marrow aspirate (BMA)** and **lipoaspirate concentrate (LAC)**. BMA is derived from the patient's bone marrow, while LAC is obtained from adipose tissue. Both substances are processed to concentrate regenerative cells, including MSCs, and are administered via a single intra-articular injection into the affected joint. The therapy aims to reduce pain and improve joint function by leveraging the anti-inflammatory and potentially regenerative properties of the autologous cells. The program is currently being evaluated in a Phase 2 clinical trial for patients with knee or hip osteoarthritis who have failed conservative treatments.
