A combination chemotherapy regimen consisting of bortezomib (a proteasome inhibitor), fludarabine (a purine nucleoside analog), and cyclophosphamide (an alkylating agent). This regimen is primarily used for the treatment of relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). The combination works through multiple mechanisms: bortezomib blocks proteasome activity disrupting cancer cell growth, fludarabine inhibits DNA synthesis, and cyclophosphamide damages DNA by cross-linking with DNA strands.
