BP1001-A + paclitaxel is an investigational combination therapy for solid tumors, particularly recurrent ovarian and endometrial cancers. BP1001-A is a modified formulation of prexigebersen (also known as prexigebersen-A), designed to enhance nanoparticle properties for improved tumor penetration.
