Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BR790 + tislelizumab is an investigational combination therapy being evaluated for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. Tislelizumab is a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody that targets programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), acting as an immune checkpoint inhibitor to restore antitumor immunity by blocking PD-L1 and PD-L2 from binding to PD-1 on T cells[3][6]. It is marketed under the brand name Tevimbra and was developed by BeiGene. BR790 is an orally administered small molecule; its precise mechanism of action has not been publicly disclosed as of April 2025, but it is being studied in combination with tislelizumab in early-phase clinical trials for safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics, and preliminary antitumor activity in patients with advanced solid tumors[5][7].
