A combination regimen consisting of **brenetafusp** (IMC-F106C), a bispecific T cell receptor (ImmTAC) targeting PRAME in HLA-A*02:01-positive tumors, together with **monoclonal antibodies** (such as PD-1 inhibitors like nivolumab or pembrolizumab) and **chemotherapy**. Brenetafusp redirects cytotoxic T cells to target and kill PRAME-expressing tumor cells.
