Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**C-10276 + CTP-518** is a combination of two investigational agents, both isotopologs of the HIV-1 protease inhibitor atazanavir. C-10276 is an atazanavir isotopolog, and CTP-518 is a stable, deuterium-containing isotopolog of atazanavir developed to enhance half-life and reduce hepatic metabolism. The combination is studied for antiretroviral therapy, co-administered to evaluate pharmacokinetics, safety, and tolerability in healthy volunteers. Both were tested as single agents and in combination with each other and with Reyataz (atazanavir) in clinical trials.
