This combination consists of **cabazitaxel**, a microtubule inhibitor approved for the treatment of metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) previously treated with docetaxel, and **midazolam**, a benzodiazepine primarily used for sedation, anxiolysis, and anesthesia.
