Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**cabiralizumab + nivolumab + FOLFOX** is an investigational combination therapy used primarily in advanced solid tumors and pancreatic cancer in clinical trials. - **Cabiralizumab** is a monoclonal antibody against colony stimulating factor 1 receptor (CSF1R), blocking macrophage recruitment and function in the tumor microenvironment. - **Nivolumab** is a monoclonal antibody against programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), acting as an immune checkpoint inhibitor to promote T-cell mediated anti-tumor activity. - **FOLFOX** is a chemotherapeutic regimen consisting of folinic acid (leucovorin), fluorouracil (5-FU), and oxaliplatin, targeting rapidly dividing cells and used mainly in colorectal and other gastrointestinal cancers. This combination is designed to both modify the immune microenvironment and directly target cancer cells, and is given intravenously. The combination has been studied in phase I/II trials for advanced cancers, most notably pancreatic cancer.
