Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Cadonilimab + regorafenib is a combination therapy being investigated for various cancer indications. Cadonilimab is a tetravalent bispecific antibody that simultaneously targets PD-1 and CTLA-4 immune checkpoints. It was designed with eliminated Fc receptor binding and effector function to improve efficacy and safety. Regorafenib is a multi-kinase inhibitor with antiangiogenic properties. The combination aims to enhance anti-tumor activity by combining immune checkpoint inhibition with antiangiogenesis, particularly in microsatellite stable (MSS) cancers where immune checkpoint inhibitors alone have shown limited efficacy.
