Overview

Cadonilimab + TPC chemotherapy is a combination treatment regimen consisting of cadonilimab (a bispecific antibody targeting PD-1 and CTLA-4) plus TPC chemotherapy (NAB-paclitaxel, cisplatin or lobaplatin, and capecitabine). This combination has shown promising antitumoral efficacy in patients with recurrent or metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma who failed previous PD-1 inhibitor-containing regimens.
