CHArmacy is a hybrid biomaterial filler developed by Dermax Aesthetics, composed of calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres suspended in a cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) carrier gel. It is designed for aesthetic soft-tissue augmentation, including the correction of moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds and marionette lines, as well as volume restoration in the cheeks and chin. The filler employs a dual-action mechanism: the hyaluronic acid component provides immediate volumization and lifting, while the CaHA microspheres (25-45μm) act as a biostimulatory scaffold that promotes the long-term production of endogenous collagen and elastin. This combination results in superior elasticity and long-lasting aesthetic improvements typically persisting for 12 to 18 months.
