A combination therapy consisting of camrelizumab (anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody), apatinib (VEGFR-2 tyrosine kinase inhibitor), and the chemotherapy agents etoposide and cisplatin. This regimen combines immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and cytotoxic chemotherapy approaches. Etoposide is a topoisomerase 2A inhibitor while cisplatin is a platinum-based DNA-damaging agent. The etoposide-cisplatin (EP) combination is a standard chemotherapy regimen for small cell lung cancer.
