Camrelizumab + dalpiciclib is a combination therapy investigated for the treatment of various malignancies, including relapsed or refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) and NK/T-cell lymphoma. The combination consists of **camrelizumab**, a humanized monoclonal antibody that targets the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) receptor, and **dalpiciclib**, a selective small-molecule inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinases 4 and 6 (CDK4/6). By blocking the PD-1/PD-L1 pathway, camrelizumab restores the anti-tumor activity of cytotoxic T lymphocytes. Dalpiciclib complements this by inducing cell cycle arrest in the G1 phase through the inhibition of CDK4/6-mediated phosphorylation of the retinoblastoma (Rb) protein. Preclinical studies suggest that CDK4/6 inhibition can enhance the efficacy of immune checkpoint inhibitors by increasing tumor antigen presentation and modulating the immune microenvironment. This specific combination is being actively developed by Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals, with clinical trials often led by institutions such as Harbin Medical University Cancer Hospital.
