camrelizumab + nivolumab

Camrelizumab + nivolumab is an investigational combination of two immune checkpoint inhibitor monoclonal antibodies, each targeting the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) receptor. Both agents are designed to block the PD-1 pathway on T cells, thereby preventing tumor cells from evading immune detection and destruction. Camrelizumab is developed primarily by Hengrui Medicine and Elevar Therapeutics, while nivolumab is developed by Bristol Myers Squibb. Each drug has demonstrated efficacy as a single agent in various cancers; however, there is currently no evidence that this specific dual-PD-1 inhibitor combination (camrelizumab + nivolumab) has been clinically tested or approved as a fixed regimen.
