This is a combination of six anti–PD‑1 monoclonal antibodies, each individually approved or in late-stage development for various cancers. All six agents—camrelizumab, nivolumab, pembrolizumab, sintilimab, tislelizumab, and toripalimab—are immune checkpoint inhibitors that target the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD‑1) receptor on T cells.
