Overview

This is a combination of six anti–PD‑1 monoclonal antibodies, each individually approved or in late-stage development for various cancers. All six agents—camrelizumab, nivolumab, pembrolizumab, sintilimab, tislelizumab, and toripalimab—are immune checkpoint inhibitors that target the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD‑1) receptor on T cells. By blocking PD‑1 interaction with its ligands (PD-L1/PD-L2), these drugs release the brakes on T-cell activity and enhance antitumor immune responses. Each antibody has demonstrated efficacy as monotherapy or in combination with chemotherapy across multiple cancer types including nasopharyngeal carcinoma, esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, melanoma, and others[2][5][7]. The use of all six together as a single regimen is not described in clinical literature; this entry represents a theoretical or research-based multi-agent checkpoint blockade.
