A combination therapy consisting of camrelizumab (SHR-1210), trastuzumab, oxaliplatin, and capecitabine. Camrelizumab is a humanized anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody that blocks PD-1 from binding to PD-L1, activating T-cells to attack cancer cells. Trastuzumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting HER2 protein. Oxaliplatin is a platinum-based chemotherapy that forms platinum-DNA adducts inhibiting DNA replication. Capecitabine is an oral fluoropyrimidine chemotherapy converted to 5-fluorouracil in tumor tissues.
