Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Cannamedical hybrid cannabis extract THC25:CBD25 is a full-spectrum medicinal cannabis extract developed by Cannamedical Pharma GmbH. It features a balanced 1:1 ratio of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD), each at a concentration of 25 mg/mL. The extract is produced via ethanol extraction from hybrid cannabis strains and formulated in a medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) oil carrier for sublingual administration. It targets the endocannabinoid system, specifically the CB1 and CB2 receptors, to provide analgesic effects. The product is available by prescription in Germany for the treatment of chronic pain and is currently being evaluated in the 'Pain Ease' observational study (DRKS00026906).
