A combination chemotherapy regimen consisting of capecitabine, dasatinib, and vinorelbine. Capecitabine is an oral prodrug that is converted to 5-fluorouracil in the body, interfering with DNA production to stop cancer cell growth. Vinorelbine is a vinca alkaloid that disrupts microtubule formation during cell division, preventing cancer cells from dividing. Dasatinib is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor that targets multiple oncogenic pathways including BCR-ABL, SRC, c-KIT, EPHA2, and PDGFR-beta. This combination has been used in the treatment of advanced breast cancer, particularly in patients who have been previously treated with anthracyclines and taxanes.
