Capecitabine + toripalimab is a combination therapy consisting of capecitabine, an oral fluoropyrimidine chemotherapy agent, and toripalimab, a humanized immunoglobulin G4 monoclonal antibody against PD-1 (programmed cell death protein 1). This combination has shown promising antitumor activity and manageable safety profile in clinical trials for nasopharyngeal carcinoma, particularly for residual disease after definitive treatment and as maintenance therapy after first-line treatment.
