Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A combination therapy consisting of capivasertib (AZD5363), olaparib, and durvalumab. Capivasertib is a pan-AKT inhibitor that targets all AKT isoforms with high potency. Olaparib is a PARP inhibitor that blocks DNA repair mechanisms. Durvalumab is a PD-L1 inhibitor that works as an immune checkpoint inhibitor. This triple combination aims to simultaneously target multiple cancer pathways: AKT signaling, DNA damage repair, and immune evasion.
