Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CAR-NK + CAR-T (also known as Anti-CD155 Cell Therapy) is a preclinical-stage cell therapy being developed by Tasrif Pharmaceutical. It is part of Tasrif's broader CD155-targeting platform, which leverages the company's patented humanized anti-CD155 antibodies (centered on the lead molecule TSRF-786C) to engineer next-generation cancer immunotherapy modalities. The therapy targets CD155 (Poliovirus Receptor, PVR), which is overexpressed on many malignancies, including blood tumors and solid tumors. The modality is a CD155-directed chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) immune-cell therapy combining both CAR-NK (natural killer cell) and CAR-T (T cell) approaches. It is currently in the discovery/preclinical stage of development.
