Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**CAR-NK-CD19** is an investigational, allogeneic cord blood-derived natural killer cell therapy engineered with an anti-CD19 chimeric antigen receptor and interleukin-15 expression cassette. The product is intended to recognize CD19-positive B-cell malignancies and induce NK-cell-mediated cytotoxicity, while IL-15 is intended to support NK-cell persistence and activity. It is being evaluated in a Phase 1 single-center study for relapsed or refractory CD19-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, and non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
