This combination immunotherapy regimen is a multi-component cellular therapy developed by the Shenzhen Geno-Immune Medical Institute for the treatment of neurofibromatosis and schwannomatosis. The regimen integrates three distinct immunological approaches: antigen-specific Chimeric Antigen Receptor T (CAR-T) cells, engineered immune effector (EIE) cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs), and an immune-modified dendritic cell vaccine (DCvac). The CAR-T cells and CTLs are designed to provide direct, targeted cytotoxicity against tumor cells, while the DCvac is intended to prime the patient's endogenous immune system and stimulate a broader T-cell response against tumor-associated antigens. The cells are modified with immunoregulatory genes to enhance their persistence and anti-tumor activity within the often immunosuppressive microenvironment of neurofibromas and schwannomas.
