carboplatin + cisplatin + nab-paclitaxel + tislelizumab

A combination therapy consisting of two platinum-based chemotherapy agents (carboplatin and cisplatin), albumin-bound paclitaxel (nab-paclitaxel), and tislelizumab, an anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody. This regimen combines conventional cytotoxic chemotherapy with immune checkpoint inhibition. Tislelizumab was specifically engineered to minimize binding to FcγR on macrophages to reduce antibody-dependent phagocytosis, a potential mechanism of resistance to anti-PD-1 therapy. The combination leverages the direct cytotoxic effects of platinum agents and taxanes while simultaneously enhancing T-cell mediated immune responses against cancer cells through PD-1 blockade.
